If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you.
What is persecution? Is it being imprisoned, tortured and maybe executed for one’s belief? Or is it that and having unjust laws imposed on you because of your faith? I believe it is both; that persecution is measured on a sliding scale and that all persecution begins slowly and gently, increasing in severity through time. In my fifty plus years as a UK citizen I have witnessed our society going from acceptance and respect for Christianity to open hostility and legal proceedings against believers in various professions. In my opinion it has become open season on hunting believers by humanist and LGBTQ+ campaigners at every opportunity.
Thus I wanted to share an informative short video (36 min) from Christian Concern UK which asks the question I highlight in this post, which also answers the said question. I found it both shocking and useful as a reference.

Much of it is being led by LGBTQ activists, humanists, and atheists. Tolerance for the way of Jesus is at an all-time low.

I can see where you thought my UK citizenship is not a lifetime thing. I am a Scotsman through and through, who didn’t refer to myself as a UK citizen. But I am a UK citizen whether I like it or not, there is a slow work of Grace going on in me diffusing the pride that was instilled in me as a Scots lad.

What is occurring in UK Canada and America is surely happening here in Australia. Where respect for the Authority of God and HIS Word disappears the door is opened to chaos and anachy. The Christian Church started to sleep in the 1990’s when revival of unity in denominations in GOD the Holy Spirit and respect for all nations became cultural acceptance of ALL FAITHS. Then social reforms The acceleration to personal rights and idol shifting from about God became my life, my music, my nation, me, me , me, This all highlights and continues to illuminate that yes indeed the Revelations Prophesies of a persecutated end time church is happening. The Saviour will return to collect His Bride one Holy Pure Church from every tribe tongue and nation. This will be all the hidden pockets of passionate Christ followers in the depths of China. and the jungles of Africa and Papua New Guinea.

Exactly the same is happening in Australia. As a matter of fact there will be a Parliamentary hearing tomorrow to explain the changes that are needed to the proposed legislation on the “ religious discrimination bill”
