then he who hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, and a sword comes and takes him away, his blood will be on his own head.

Ezekiel 33:4 (NASB)

In contrast to todays warm weather tomorrow we have a severe weather warning for thunder, lightning and heavy rain. Believe me I am heeding the warning and not planning to sit out in the garden like I did today. Also weather related is the common ignoring of clear danger crossing a flooded road, just because the 4×4 in front of you managed it…only to be marooned in your wee car as it fills with water. There are many such cases where folk ignore the impending danger before them, and pay the price for their pride.

As we draw closer to the return of Jesus to reclaim His flock there are many who don’t believe it is so close in  some denominations. And sadder still is the droves of lost sinners who have not accepted the Gospel of Christ, and the gift of Salvation from God the Father. In their pride they are sure they can survive the impending storm or cross the waters themselves. Sadly, they will perish and find an eternity in Hell rather than the Heaven they rejected – their blood will be on their own head.

Dear reader, if this is you, seek Him while He may be found. He will not reject you. Christian brethren, are your dear ones heard the Gospel? Our time is short on this earth, let us use it wisely saving souls for Heaven. Finally, I offer a link to how to know God which may be for you or you can share it with someone?
