But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn,
That shines brighter and brighter until the full day.

Proverbs 4:18 (NASB)

There is nothing quite like a summer sunrise, the twittering of awakening birds from their slumber in the dark hedgerows and fields anounce the coming glow in the horizon. The sun rises sedately bathing us with many subtle hues of light until it’s midday crescendo. This is the beauty of a Godly man or woman cloaked in His righteousness, as they bring light to their world and to those around them. The Christian believers find their inspiration in communing with God, the Master Creator of all things above the sky and below it. Through regular prayer and feeding on the Bible the saint’s light shines brighter each day, serving Him.

Dear reader, the next time you are able to enjoy the glory of a sunrise meditate on His Glory. In love He holds and cloaks you in His presence, filling your spirit and mind with His Word. In Him you shine brightly sharing His heavenly riches with those in need of encouragement. Brethren I encourage you, be the light of His Dawn today in this dark world.

  1. Wow! That photo is spectacular. I don’t expect I’ll ever have the opportunity to travel abroad, but if I do I want to go there and see that sight with my own eyes. God’s creation is incredible! Great message! Blessings, Alan!
